WORKING WITH CHILDREN CHECK

In the interests of promoting child safety within the sport of Football, the Board of Football NSW has implemented a policy which expands the categories of individuals required to hold a valid NSW Government’s Working with Children Check (WWCC) Number.

This WWCC Policy applies to all Football NSW affiliated Associations, Committee Members, Coaches, Managers, and all volunteers.  This means that all Coaches & Managers are required to obtain a WWCC Number regardless of any direct relationship with players.  Coaches & Managers aged under 18 years of age, remain exempt.

How to Apply - if you DO NOT have your Working with Children Check Number - please follow the link below:

1.  Apply ONLINE for WWC Check VISIT – Service NSW Website

2. Attend a Service NSW venue to complete your WWCC ID check.

    WWCC is free for volunteers and valid for 5 years.

3. When you receive your WWCC Number from Service NSW  -

    Please CLICK HERE to advise your club of your WWC details, detailing your Club,   

    Date of  Birth, WWCC Number and WWC Expiry Date.
