As with last year we plan to hold 3 Cup Competitions on the day:
We need to restrict the maximum number of teams to 30 (10 for each Competition) for the amenity of players and parents alike. Game rules for the day follow the SSG rules for U8’s. All players must have played in the SSFA winter competition in a U8 team or lower, ie a player who is age appropriate, but is playing in the U9/10 SSFA Comp is NOT eligible to compete in the Gala Day. Registration of names on the day is not necessary.
All players will receive a medallion on the day and those making it through to their respective final will also receive a trophy. There will be full Canteen and BBQ facilities run by the Sylvania Heights Football Club on the day.
In the case of rain we will notify Club Secretaries of the next best available date for the Gala Day.
