Feedback – Sports Infrastructure
The Australian Sports Commission is asking for feedback on sports facility needs as part of their strategy to codesign Australia’s first National Community Sport Infrastructure Action Plan. The Plan aims to support more inclusive, accessible and multipurpose community sporting facilities across the country.
FNSW was one of over 30 sports that attended a Town Hall meeting last week to provide our views on the most pressing issues in our sport in regard to infrastructure. The ASC has advised this proposed strategy won’t guarantee funding or law changes, but it hopes to identify critical needs and challenges in ensuring that everyone can participate in sport and have a great experience wherever they choose to play.
